Where to start
A half-body panel, a face mask and a scalp cap. Pick the one that matches the routine you actually keep.
Compare the range
Every device runs the most clinically beneficial researched wavelengths. What changes is how much of you it covers, and how you use it. Pick what you want to work on.

Targeted sessions, face to joints.

Half-body coverage without the footprint.

Full-body recovery at home.

Hands-free facial sessions.

Scalp and crown, six minutes a day.
Specifications are read from each product, so this table stays in step with the catalogue.
Real results
Same person, same camera position. We match exposure across both frames so what you are comparing is skin, not light.
Before
After
Cheek texture and redness from the same angle. Drag to compare.
Before
After
Crown coverage, same camera position and distance. Drag to compare.
Individual results vary. Photographs are unretouched; exposure and white balance are matched across each pair so the two frames are directly comparable.
How it works
Five wavelengths across the therapeutic window, so one session treats skin and the tissue beneath it.

Use cases
Red light at 630 and 660nm is used for tone, texture and the look of fine lines, as part of a daily routine rather than a one-off treatment.
Near-infrared carries past the skin into muscle and joint, which is why it sits in post-training and next-day stiffness routines.
An evening session that involves no screen. Used as a wind-down anchor before bed.
Light exposure is part of how mood and daily rhythm are regulated. A consistent session is the point, not intensity.
The mitochondria are where red and near-infrared light are absorbed. Everything else follows from that.

Support
How to choose a device, safety, warranty, and local support in Pakistan.
Get GuidanceMatch the device to the area you care about. Somara One covers face, joints, neck and arms, so it suits targeted sessions. Core steps up to the upper body, back, legs and shoulders. Max covers the full body in one session. The Aura is a wearable mask for the face alone, and the Cap 306 is for the scalp, crown and hairline. The comparison table on the homepage puts all five side by side.
It varies by device. The Cap 306 runs six to ten minutes daily and shuts off on its own. The Aura is designed for three to four wearable facial sessions a week. The panels suit shorter, regular sessions rather than occasional long ones. Consistency matters far more than session length, so a routine you keep to beats an intensive week followed by nothing.
Do not look directly into the panel LEDs. The light is bright and staring into it is uncomfortable, so keep your eyes closed or turn your head during a session, and use eye protection if you prefer. The Aura is worn over the face with eye openings and the Cap 306 sits on the scalp, so neither points light into your eyes.
Light therapy is cumulative, so think in terms of weeks of consistent use, not days. Skin and hair also work on their own cycles, which are slower than most people expect. If you want a realistic timeline for your situation, the team at Ahnah Clinic can talk it through with you.
No. Somara devices are wellness equipment for use at home. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. If you have a medical condition, treat this as something to discuss with your doctor rather than a replacement for their advice.

Yes. Somara is developed with Dr. Anmol and the team at Ahnah Clinic, and you can experience a panel in person there before deciding. That is a better way to judge one of these than any product page.
